The Pilates Method exercises and tones muscles through loaded flexion and extension, whilst working with breath and postural awareness. You will look taller and feel more toned as you move through the program. Pilates Open Studio is an hour long workout in a group setting which is very affordable. You are guided through your Pilates program, and new exercises are given when you are ready. Pilates Reformer Class is an aerobic group workout on equipment for Intermediate level students. Pilates Spine Corrector is the most “core” challenging option. Group exercises performed with the half-barrel will increase your range of motion. This classis classical-dance oriented and is suitable for Intermediate through Advanced levels. Pilate Mat Class is a way to enhance your current Open Studio regimen. It can also be used as an introduction to Pilates. This is a group setting and works on deepening your core fitness and breathing technique. Beginners through Advanced levels will benefit from this class. Gyrotonic® Private Lessons are given in the GYROTONIC Expansion System®; the ‘new wave’ in exercise. This system literally expands your range of motion through circularity, increasing your fitness, endurance and heightening your awareness. We are the only Studio in SW Houston that provides this highly recommended program. These lessons are suitable for everyone. Yoga is a group class with humor, humility and grace. This class is inspirational and challenging. The style is Vinyasa Hatha Yoga, which creates endurance and fluidity. Levels suitable for this class are Beginners through Advanced. Pilates Private Lessons are available with the teacher of your choice and will help you deepen your understanding of the current concepts. Private lessons are our preference towards your progression to excellent form and control.
